There is an opportunity to showcase your work at the first annual SMART Fair, a collaborative arts event organized by artists at OneNineZeroSix Gallery [1906 Flores] on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13. Colectiva is organizing the showcase of teatro performers. The event goes on all day through the night; there are multiple spaces available, including Gallista across the street. The design of your presentation is flexible. Share an excerpt of your one-person performance perform the entire piece. Organize a reading of a work-in-progress. Take a happening outside. Try out new comedy material. Play your french horn. It should be a very cool collaborative event including art, music, video, food, community. Food and cerveza for those who perform. If you're interested in performing, contact Marisela with the following in mind: running time (mas o menos) preferred space (1906 gallery, gallista, outside). Colectiva will also have a booth: you can sell your t-shirts, art, photos, etc.
